Just a note to say how happy it made me to see Lilac jump up and give Lissa a kiss this morning. She usually only greets me like that if I’ve been out. I knew she had fun at Puppy Palace but clearly she feels at home there, too❤️ Thanks for taking such great care of her!

Thank you so much for the Mother’s Day memory! I sincerely was touched with your thoughtfulness. You have a wonderful day care center. Everyone is so kind and caring. I know how much you love all the day care kiddos :). and they love you all! Midges behavior has improved 100% since she started attending. She loves being there and I want you all to know if there is one reason that we would return to PA ‘quickly, it would be so she can get back to be with you! ;)

Friendly caring people - my dog loves it there - the best place!

Great place! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and my dog can't get from the car into the day care fast enough. I would recommend The Puppy Palace to anyone.

Puppy Palace is what every doggie day care should be! The owner, Shannon, is a treasure, and her staff is incredible. The facility is impeccably kept, the staff is warm, fun, and well trained. My dogs and I couldn't be happier!

The Puppy Palace is a great place for dogs and a good value for the owners. They have several different pricing options and discounts for bulk buys. I barely get my boy into the car before he passes happy and tired from playing all day. Very courteous staff and photos of the pups are posted throughout the day on their Facebook page.

This place is doggie paradise. The wonderfully hyper Obi is KNOCKED out! Happy pup, happy owners, and a nice spring evening to relax after work. You can't put a price tag on this! See you guys again soon!

I love taking my puppy G there he always comes home tired which is a very good thing . The people are great there I love the way they wrote the report card when G was a bad boy it was actually kind of funny . I definitely recommend this place for your dogs .

The staff is very friendly and professional and willing to work with dogs that may need special attention. The facility is very clean and organized. Our dog Moose loved his first day!

Our Mae loves going to The Puppy Palace. She gets to do what a dog loves to do: play and have a good time! The staff are so friendly and know the dogs very well. Mae even eats her lunch at daycare. She comes home at the end of the day exhausted and tuckered out.

Best family for my puppy when he's not with me. Everyone is amazing. Luca loves his days at daycare! They even celebrate holidays with the pups.. They are so special, so caring, so loving. The best place for our dogs.

Our dog has been going for nearly two years and gets excited anytime we say "Puppy Palace!" He comes home happy and tired. Thank you puppy palace for the great care you provide to all the pups.

I cannot praise this place enough. They are kind, well trained, compassionate staff. My two dogs LOVE going to daycare, and we have found the saying true, " A tired dog is a good dog". I recommend them to everyone I know who has a four legged child.

Wonderful, friendly staff. CLEAN and large. Cadillac care and reasonable prices.

We love bringing our dog here because not only are all the staff members super friendly but I know my dog is safe and well cared for when she is there.

Can't say enough positive things about Shannon & team; they treat your dog(s) like one of the family. Never had any hesitation dropping off my pup for a day of play. His tail was wagging from the second we arrived in the morning until pick up time!

When it comes to puppy daycare, just about the only thing that matters when you are assessing whether or not you would suggest the service to the friend is whether or not you feel like a good owner for using that service. Puppy Palace does everything they can to make sure I feel good about leaving my boy there for the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, get to know your dog do they can alert you of changes in behaviour, and take photos throughout the day so you can go about yours knowing your dog is in a safe, fun environment. However, there are a lot of dogs here and the owners will no hesitate to turn you away if your dog is presenting threatening or problematic behaviour. However, that just ensures that all dogs (the problem child included) are safe. They will host grooming, exercise, and specific diets if necessary. I can't think of anything more they could do to make me feel better about leaving my buddy there for the day. 5 stars well earned.

Not enough stars!! Puppy palace completely blew me and my pups away and we love sending them here. I’ve never seen my dogs so overjoyed to be leaving me! They upload pictures very frequently during the day to their Facebook which is a lot of fun to see and was a major selling point for me. Every staff member we encounter knows our dogs names (we just started going here!!) and our girls are over the moon when they interact with them. The pricing is fair, and our girls always come home completely tuckered out and are always SO excited when we ask if they want to go back. Fortunately we don’t even have job schedules that require us to send our dogs to a daycare every day, but we make it a point to send our pups as often as possible because of how enriching and fun it is for them (and we love getting the photos of their shenanigans each time ❤️) definitely give them a try!! Your dog will love it. Two paws up.
